As Contract Senior Project Manager/ Controller responsible for prioritization of resources in support of the Exelon Hydro Power Portfolio of projects, and for expert management of diverse project teams of 30 to 100+ individuals through implementation of  $150  million+ in capital improvement projects at Conowingo and  Muddy Run Hydro Power Generating Stations. Notable project portfolio achievements included:

o        Design and testing of reusable dewatering cofferdams systems (3) for Conowingo Hydro Station.

o        Overhaul and/or upgrade of Conowingo Hydro Station main plant concrete and steel structures.

o        Replacement of turbine runner and/or overhaul of generators at 3 Conowingo Hydro Station units.

o        Replace wicket gate bushings and unit output breakers on all 8-units at Muddy Run Hydro Station.

o        Replace original (1928) generation control system at both Muddy Run and Conowigo Hydro Stations.

o       Project manager / Outage Budget Controller for Peach Bottom Nuclear Power Station.

o       Contract management consultant for new unit installer at Holtwood Hydro Station.
